What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500 pcs per SKU — the same minimum across all six lip categories: lip gloss, lip mud and velvet tint, lip liner, lipstick, lip oil and lip mask. Different SKUs can be combined in a single project.
How fast can I get samples?
Custom samples are developed against your brief and ready in 7 days. When you place the bulk order, 100% of the sampling fee is deducted from your invoice — sampling effectively costs you nothing.
Can I customize the formula, not just the logo?
Yes. We tune texture, finish, pigment load, wear, fragrance and the ingredient story to your brief. Packaging, formulation and branding are handled in-house, so the sample you approve is the product you receive.
Do you offer custom mold tooling for packaging?
Yes. Alongside our in-house packaging library of tubes, caps, applicators and cases, we can open bespoke custom molds for an exclusive silhouette. Mold cost and lead time are quoted against your design brief.
Which certifications and documents do you provide?
Production runs under GMPC and ISO 22716 certified processes. Every batch is prepared with stability data, MSDS, INCI documentation and full batch records, with turn-key EU CPNP notification support and FDA-ready documentation for the US market.
What does production lead time look like?
Samples: 7 days. Bulk production typically runs 15–25 business days after artwork and sample approval, depending on component availability, plus shipping time to your door or warehouse.
Can you supply the packaging only?
We focus on finished, branded lip products — formulation and packaging together. If you need components such as empty tubes for your own filling, talk to us and we will advise on what is possible.
Do you sign an NDA and protect my design?
Yes. We work on private label terms and sign NDAs on request. Your formulas, artwork and molds are not shared, resold or shown to other clients.
Which markets do you ship to?
We primarily serve North America (US, Canada) and Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy), shipping globally by air or sea with the export documentation your destination requires.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice.
Can I start with one product and expand later?
That is the usual route. Most brands launch one hero product at 500 pcs, prove it in market, then expand into more shades or categories — all at the same minimum.
How do I get a quotation?
Send your product type, target quantity, market and any reference photos or packaging ideas. We reply with the practical options — format, components, sampling plan and pricing for your quantity.
I can't find exactly what I need. Can you still help?
Yes. Beyond our standard catalog, we handle fully custom projects — bespoke formulations, exclusive packaging tooling, and unique concepts that don't fit any existing category.
